My life in the Netherlands

yummyyyy I meet up with Andrea for lunch after her class and we went to a place called Bakkerij Bart and they absolutley got the best Panini´s ever! So we sat there and chatted for a while and then we went around a bit in Arnhem centrum before she took the train back to Zetten.

At home i looked up a hotel for me and Ida that will visit me from sweden tommorrow! Therfore the concert on thursday ends late so we stay over in Amsterdam one night.

Now i am just done with cleaning my otherwise really messy room (as always dono how i succed) and soon i will do the test for dutch.

On saturday i went in the morning to Utreht with andrea becasue a school that i think seems intresting had open house. It was a great school and to only bad thing is that i have to speak fluent dutch so i am thinking of finding a work here next year after summer when i am done with au pairing.

After the school we went for lunch and some idiot spilled candle wax on my dune jacket...
Then we just walked around in the city we looked at some museum but they where expensive so we skipped going in.

When we felt like we where done in Utrecht we took the train back to Arnhem and went around there and we went home to me to get my stuff. On our way to where i live we meet a group of swedish people so i talked to them a while and felt strange to speak swedish and meet swedish people just outside my door :P they as i guessed where going to Qlimax that was that weekend.

At Andrea it was pretty much chaos she had to babysit the kids so i joined her but she look after 3 kids and i am really happy i only got one. They where sweet but full of energy and not a single quiet minute..

On sunday she was going to rotterdam and  i went back to my place

Was all frost outside and really cold!



When i got back i went to the gym and did some cardio and 15min abtraining they have and i had 10 euros toeat for in the café so i sat there and took some drinks and yoghurt and after i went back to leave my stuff and go out shopping :D

I found some jeansleggings, a shirt and a cardigan and i love the store where i bought it in.

Me and morris had a fun day today but i am exhusted we made a pepparkakshus maybe not the most beutiful but he loved it

Im getting crazy ofc Morris is sick a bit and have a rinning nose. AND now i also got it thats the worst thing with my work i dont want to get sick ALL THE TIME

Luckily we stay in Arnhem for another month so its going to be exhiting where i end up when i am bk from sweden.

Now i am going to sleep i am dead after the body attack workout i did at the gym

I sometimes love my work, it is hard in the mornings cus im not really a morning person but when im awake after some coffie and in a good mood i really like my work becasue Morris is really cute and always litsen to me.

This morning we made Lego towers and i made a different kind of tower and he said dat is gek  (thats crazy)and i answer yeah ik ben een kunstenaar (im an artist), and then he said ik ben ook en kunstenaar (im also an artist) and he also did a gek tower.

Later today we went to the store and bought stuff for pepparkaksdegen!

On the picture he helps me with the dough for tommorrow.


i forgot to buy sugar and i didnt want to go all the way back to the store with him cus its far so with some creativity i solved the problem with a hammer and sugar blocks!
It worked!




Now he is alseep,

Today me and Morris is going to make pepparkaksdeg and tommorrow make a castle or house and other pepparkakor!

I spent my afternoon watching cougar town and i love it. But now im just done eating and i am going to watch a movie and lay in bed cus im not feeling so well..

i did like nothing today, i got stumachache and its gonna be worse tommorrow...

I took a walk in Arnhem and when i got home i fixed them in photoshop

i love sleeping in the mornings! I was gonna join Andrea and her friend to amsterdam but its been som e kind of fire in utrecht station so it takes 2.5h to get there so another day.

Dont really know what to do today except going to gym at 12.35 for 15 min abtraining and be there for a while.

Maybe i am going to the modekwartier here in arnhem also havent been there.

Yesterday morris was really sweet in a cute way..

I tasted a rasin with vla from his plate, and i where like naa ik vindt vla niet lekker. maar ik hou van rozintjes  ( i don like vla but i love rasins)
next time he saw a rasin in his plate with vla he put it in his mouth took the vla away and said alstublieft, je vind vla niet lekker (here you dont like vla)

my day has been really long, but fine. As i wrote before andrea came here for a while so i had a great time with her! She is so fun and sweet.

Later on i played with Morris, and now i just came back from the evening lesson. Was funnier today and everyone is sweet.

Now i am going to sleep soon weekend and i can sleep long!!!

yey i am going to be social today, Andea will come visit me after her class for some coffie.

ah such a cute movie i am watching it with morris in dutch now and i understand :D

work from 7-19 so i wont be writing so much beause i am busy allot.

going to be nice to come bk to sweden a while and get spoiled with love from my family and eat salomon again ^^

the follownig weeks will Morris be home with me, that is going to be a challange but also good for my dutch. S now more time in the evenings at the gym.

My weekend was really great, funniest in weeks! Was so nice to think of something else than all chaos i had during the week, from now on i will do a quick scan when i meet new people so they are not unsecure with low self-esteem cus that is such a energy steeler from me.

Seriously insecure gilrs get some balls and don´t be all freaked out for nothing!

Anyway i also before i went to erin i was going to the open dag of the school Artez hogeschool voor kunsten Arnhem.
I loved it was really cool like Designgymnasiet but bigger. i am going to apply and i already did via studielink.nl.

Went bk to make myself ready to take the train at 13.00 AND hah i took the bus for the first time to the station.

On the train i slept for a  while hahah cus i slept heel erg slecht day before.

So when i got to erin i was a bit new woken up but well ther we gamed and it did go well for me actually well i didnt be first cus that was erin but i wasent last ^^



we played system link with 2 xbox, 2 screens and 6 controllers. For dinner did we eat (so great they just took a fritur mashine and poff we had fries and frikandels) pataté and frikandels plus bitterballen with mayo ofc!

Yeah i had allot of fun! haha and mom know ur reading, no worries they are all really sweet to me!

I am exhusted i slept horrible cus of nightmares and fir once it wasent a Tsunami i dreamt of. I dreamt of fire, so Erin will get a tired me for visit but he don´t care i know that for sure =)


Enough of that now i am going to Artez school and look it up. I am excited to see it when i am done with that i bike back pacj some stuff and go with the train to Erin

I am not gonna look my email or facebook this weekend I just wanna be.. Gonna draw aswell when im bk and game.

yey another day is finnished soon! I am just done with eating, on today´s menu where swedish Pytt i panna à la Johanna so where not exact as the traditional one.

I had in mine sausage, boiled and then fried potatoes, mushroom, basil, bacon and served with egg. Became nice so i wrote it up in my recepie book i bought last weekend.

Tommorrow is friday and i will be home with Morris I got some plans but i will tell that tomorrow.

Saturday i will go to Erin, that i am looking forward to.

This day was my last day in the morning class because this is the last day for morris in the kindergarden. I have already spoken to the volksuniversitiet about the switch and it was possible so from next week i will be going to the class 20.45.... bleh its late and i miss Zumba then =/ but its allright.

During the day i have been cleaning and taking care of laundry.

I have also been gaming with Erin and Tom. Zombie map on new cod black ops. It is fun but i am not really so good as them

Think i am gonna wear my dune jacket today when i go to the cours soon

wouldnt that be awesome having a panda in your bed and hug?!

My body is fully relaxed and i am gonna sleep really soon..

It feels great now but i am not sure Yoga is my thing it goes way to slow but now i tried it!

i am going to sweden for a visit during the 20th to 27th dec so i hope for a warm welcome on Arlanda at 15.55 :D

havnt been writing for a few days ah well you all survive...

sunday  i met up with another au pair called zsofia and she is from hungary. Was nice to to something else on a sunday for once.

monday i was free as usual and i went around in arnhem and bought sketching pencils and khoal.
so i pretty much drew the whole afternoon. Worked on a fast sketch in black and white. For the moment i am busy with another one of my abstract art.


Thuseday was class and i spended my time afterthe class with andrea! always funny, and we made up a list with things we wanna do.
After that i went to media markt and bought Cod black OPS for pc and the afternoon i spended searching for a fucking steam name cus everything i tried was busy..

When it finally started the game lagged the first map and i was angry...
But now it is all good and i will play more today and try online multiplayer.

I have recently been on the gym and i think i will go to power yoga tonight because i never tried it before.

Also looking forward to make dinner going to make chicken with mushrooms, bacil and tomaosauce with some bacon

I had nothing to do so i went in the centtrum for shopping, like i always do when i am bored! haha
But this time i had a little list of what i had to buy, i started with passing by the market to look around for fun since it is such a good spirit there with people that is shopping cheese, meat, fish for their weekend dinner.


Near the market is a store that is called Hes van zweeden so i had to go in there and chek what it was.
My grandpa would love that store and my father aswell becasue it was only weapons and knifes and things for hunting in there.

I went to buy some nuts and then i looked for a gift to morris since he is turning 4 soon. I found an awesome saving dinosaur for him!

I did also buy an recipe book for me because i am going to write up everything i make for dinner so i can make it again later.

yesterday i had 91 visitorsand 48 of them where new!

SUN COME BACK I MISS YOU!!!!

it is raining like hell here in Holland and i  dont mind because it is kinda cosy, but i do love the sun allot more.

The rain do remind me of how much i want to be in thailand right now.

yey the 2nd december i am going to see Buckcherry and the rest that perform on the rock event Taste of chaos, i am so longing to see them!!

Anyone else that is going to see them in amsterdam??

Morris is laying in bed and i hope he falls asleep so he isn´t going to be falling asleep as yesterday on the floor when i was making food.

Morris loves hot chocolate so i mostly makes it for him during my fridays with him. Now we are going soon to the libary and borrow some books, hope he choses them that isn´t the most complicated dutch in so i can read them without sounding like a person who just learned to read ^^

Tongight i am going to Zumba if the mother of him comes home before 19 when the zumba lesson starts.

Oh and mom sended my mic aswell for the xbox so im gonna buy new warriors of rock to gh and sing my heart out. ahh i want the guitar aswell but cant really affort it for the moment =/

Madagascar 2 is a great movie!

At 7 i started working with morris, I ate a log breakfast and had coffie and now he is watching MAdagascar 2 and i am working in 3D.

Soon he will take a bath and then we are going to the libary for some new books and hopefully the weather is better so we can play some outside

I fear that the illness i had before with earpain and fever is on the way back :( don´t want to.

Morris woke up at 4 and screamed non stop for 2.4 hours and his mom was irritated at him but he refused to stop even though she tried to calm him down. So i couldnt sleep at all so 4 hours sleep for me cus i had a hard time sleeping so i slept at 00.00.

Ah well i pulled myself together anyway and went to the Zumba lesson at the gym. I totally adore it, and after i went to pilates. Now i just stepped out from the shower and i feel how my arms and legs isn´t with me anymore XD

No i am going to eat some lunch and just chill for the rest of the day!

After the cours Andrea joined me to the city Nijmegen 10 min with the train. Because i had a facial appointment at a place their called Skin Lounge. But before we surpriced Lecia and talked to her and ate some lunch at a friend she knew. It was fun to se her again.

After that they joined me to the place where m treatment where and i must say omg how nice it was and the woman that was doing the facial was really funny to talk to. She was super cool! Another reason for hoping we stay in Arnhem cus i will deffinitly go back to her agian if we stay here. Really wort 55 euro of my salary hahah and she said i had a nice skin so i dont have to go every 6 weeks. But for some of my scars from the acne i had before she recomended something that was like a roller with mini spikes to get rid of the scars so ill see maybe i try that if we stay! The im gonna wish that for cristmas mamma^^ hahha

Now i am just done with the dishes and soon i am going to pick up Morris.

I slept quite long, had a nice breakfast and waited for clock to be late becasue stupid stores open 12 on mondays. But finally it became 12 and i went to look around in town. I didnt buy much only 4 coffiecups i have liked since i got here and i thought why not buy them i will soon move away from home ^^

so it became 4 red and white cups from Bodum


After that i went to the gym AND i will be able to go there and pay for the month i know i am staying here and if i move i will just tell them. So great i will be able to go there agian!
